1. Overview

At Briify, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for subscription payments.

2. Subscription Refunds

2.1 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers:

  • If you are not satisfied with Briify Pro within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund
  • This applies only to your first subscription payment
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date
  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

2.2 Renewal Refunds

For subscription renewals:

  • Refunds for renewal payments may be issued within 48 hours of the renewal charge
  • After 48 hours, renewal payments are non-refundable
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges

2.3 Pro-Rated Refunds

We do not offer pro-rated refunds for:

  • Partial months of service
  • Unused features or search credits
  • Cancellations made mid-billing cycle

When you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

  • Account termination due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • Failure to cancel subscription before renewal date
  • Change of mind after the 7-day guarantee period
  • Technical issues on your end (incompatible device, internet connectivity)
  • Dissatisfaction with YouTube content (we do not control or host video content)
  • Requests made more than 30 days after the charge date

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at hello@briify.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account email address and the reason for your refund request
  3. Provide the transaction ID or payment date if available
  4. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
  5. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is approved or denied

5. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days (depending on your bank)
  • Mobile Money: 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 7-14 business days

Refunds are processed through the same payment method used for the original purchase. If you do not receive your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact your bank or payment provider.

6. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Go to your Profile Settings → Subscription
  • Click "Cancel Subscription"
  • Confirm cancellation
  • You will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation

Note: Cancelling your subscription does not automatically trigger a refund. If you wish to request a refund, please follow the refund request process outlined above.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider refunds outside of our standard policy in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Extended service outages or technical issues on our end
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Unauthorized charges (please report immediately)

Each case will be reviewed individually at our discretion.

8. Chargebacks

Important Notice

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, your account may be suspended or terminated. Please contact us first to resolve any billing disputes.

9. Free Trial Policy

If we offer a free trial in the future:

  • You can cancel anytime during the trial period without being charged
  • If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription
  • The 7-day money-back guarantee applies after the trial period ends

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
